The business process knowledge is as important to a product as the subject matter. We have an in-house team for the subject matter experts and a strong scientific advisory board from different streams of science. A close user group of leading industry players and institutions is formed to make sure the processes are mapped with product features.

After the mapping exercise, we segregate the core activities of the User from the peripheral activities. Technology that can be used for optimisation and automation of peripheral activities is identified and built. For the optimisation of the core activities, we make use of our knowledge of the industry and the domain subject matter. The usability is defined by keeping the style of functioning in mind without compromising the product features.
