At the micro-level, we undergo the following processes:

Product Selection

The selection procedure is totally client driven. We evaluate every product idea based on:

• Knowledge component involved
• Impact on top line/bottom line
• Enhancement in user productivity

We use market study, business need analysis, and SWOT analysis to achieve our objectives regarding Product Selection.

Product Conceptualisation

Product conceptualisation involves heavy research on the business, operational and subject matter domains. We conduct core team brainstorming sessions between advisors, management and members of our close user group (CUG). We thus define high level product scope. The major features and focus areas are also outlined. Knowledge about peripheral topics is also provided.

Feature Building

In feature building, our domain specific teams build individual product features in consultation with CUG members. Every feature has Usability, and Return on Investment as the focus.

Technology Selection

The technology (hardware, software, connectivity, devices) that is used is always a result of the solution devised, which is always designed keeping the User’s needs and work environment in mind. We do reverse engineering after studying the User’s requirements. The product architecture and design are outlined keeping the User’s convenience in mind.

Execution

Execution is carried out with intermediate proof of concepts at every level. We ensure that any activity, however small, adds value.
