Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities will include designing new UI application and flash animations, rendering design mockups, and developing and maintaining complete Web sites
- This includes the creation of all UI application elements including logos, navigation objects, banners, graphics, flash animation etc
- Expected to work in co-ordination with developers/ project managers and completely manage the design aspects of the project
- High level of visualisation skills, creativity and a very good sense of color
- Understand and be able to translate product requirements into technical design requirements for his/her assigned area of the application
- Make realistic design/implementation decisions during development cycle and be able to support decisions based on fact
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as together with other team members to deliver project on time and with high quality and guide to junior

Qualifications:
- Excellent in development of UI techniques
- Excellent problem solving skill with realistic approaches
- Must have demonstrated ability to succeed in a team-oriented, product development environment
- Strong communication skill with positive attitude and commitment
- Proactively anticipate and act on issues before they occur and be able to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Minimum MSC in computer science, MCA, BE preferred
- Three years experience in Web Development
Technical Skills:
- Be able to maintain an effective development environment using source control and build tools
- Use design/development tools effectively like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flex or Flash
- Excellent UI application layout designing skills are mandatory
- Excellent in HTML, XHTML, DHTML CSS, Tabless Design (DIV),JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSP, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flex or Flash (Action Scripting 2.0), Web2.0. The candidate must have exceptional design and visualization skills with the ability to work independently to develop unique prototype designs or frameworks for clients
- MySQL experience added be advantages
- Familiar with general UI skill
- Windows environment
